Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and FLOWZY FZC, C1 Building B.C.1301232, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, company registration number 33851 ("Flowzy", "we", "us"), and govern your use of the Survival Zomb game for iOS and Android and the website survivalzomb.com (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
2. Your account
- The App creates a guest account on first launch. You may link it to a Google account, an Apple ID or an e-mail address to sign in on other devices.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person; do not share, sell or transfer accounts.
- You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account, or via survivalzomb.com/delete-account. Deletion is permanent; progress, coins and unlocks cannot be restored.
- Guest accounts that are never linked cannot be recovered if the phone is lost, reset or the App is uninstalled.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the App on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Virtual items and currency
The game contains virtual coins, hero skins, horde skins and boosts ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are won by playing and have no real-world value. They are a limited licence to use features of the game, not property. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game. We may change, rebalance, expire or remove Virtual Items as part of operating the game.
In-app purchases. Coin packs, the one-time Founder's Pack and the Zomb Pass subscription can be bought in the App. Purchases are made through and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms; the price is shown in the store sheet before you confirm. Coins are consumable and cannot be refunded once spent. The Founder's Pack and the Zomb Pass can be restored on any device signed in with the same store account (Restore purchases, in the Shop and in Settings → Store). Refund requests go to Apple or Google under their policies. Nothing sold for money is required to play: coins won on the island buy every boost, every horde skin and nearly every hero skin, apart from the few heroes that come only with the Zomb Pass or the Founder's Pack.
Zomb Pass subscription. The Zomb Pass is an auto-renewing subscription billed weekly at the price shown in the App before you confirm. New subscribers are offered a 3-day free trial; the trial becomes a paid week unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews for another week unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. While it is active the Pass gives you: a free Second Chance every life; +50% coins and +25% XP; 200 coins every day; two Pass-only hero skins; and no ads, ever. Those benefits stop when the subscription ends; coins already paid out stay yours. Cancel at any time — on iOS in the Settings app under your name → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. The App links to both from Settings → Manage Zomb Pass. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription to the same content.
Ads. The App shows advertisements from third-party networks. Every ad is rewarded and opt-in: the reward is named before you choose to watch, and there is no ad you cannot decline. There are no ad breaks and no ad ever interrupts a life. You may watch an ad for a Second Chance after your horde is swallowed, to double the coins on the results screen, or for 150 free coins in the Shop, three times a day. The reward is granted only when the ad network reports that the ad was watched to the end; Zomb Pass subscribers are given the reward without the ad. You may not use tools to block, fake or automate ads or rewards.
5. Rules of conduct
Do not:
- cheat, use bots, mods, exploits, automation, or tamper with the App, its network traffic or the game data;
- choose a display name or share content that is hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, impersonates others, or infringes anyone's rights;
- harass, threaten, spam or scam other players, or send unwanted friend requests or invites repeatedly;
- attempt to access other players' accounts or data, or to disrupt or overload the Service;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the App except as permitted by law;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
To report or block a player, open their card in Friends and choose BLOCK or REPORT (with a reason); the sender of a friend request can be blocked from the request itself, and everyone you have blocked is listed in Settings, where you can unblock them. You can also report abuse to support@flowzy.ai with the player's name or friend code. We may rename players, remove league placings, reset progress obtained by cheating, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
6. Islands, computer-controlled hordes, leagues and friends
Survival Zomb is one endless island shared by up to 60 players at a time; a further island opens when one fills. So that an island is never empty and you can be playing within seconds at any hour, every island is topped up with computer-controlled hordes. An island aims for about three dozen hordes in all and keeps at least sixteen computer-controlled ones however many people are on it. They carry ordinary player names, wear the same skins, obey exactly the same rules as you, and appear on the island's leaderboard and in its kill feed. They hold no account: they buy nothing, and they take no league placing, coins or rewards from anyone.
If your connection drops or you leave in the middle of a life, your horde plays on under computer control. For about 20 seconds it is still yours and you get it back if you return; after that it stays computer-controlled until it is swallowed. A horde you abandon may therefore swallow, or be swallowed by, other players while you are away.
Weekly league placings (Rookie through to Legend) are computed from the results the App submits for your account, and the league week runs on UTC. Friends, invite links and referral rewards depend on the other player also using the App; we do not guarantee the availability of any particular player or island.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
The App, its artwork, characters, sounds, code and the Survival Zomb name are owned by Flowzy or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. If you send us suggestions or feedback you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided as a live game. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service, including online features, at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice in the App before shutting down online features permanently. The App needs an internet connection for the shared island, the league, friends and the store; without one it falls back to an offline island of computer-controlled hordes, where the Second Chance and online rewards are not offered.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 4, 7, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of loss of game data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law in your country.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flowzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, Virtual Items, progress or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ajman (UAE) have jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise, in which case that law applies and you may bring claims in your local courts. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first: write to support@flowzy.ai.
13. App store terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and Flowzy, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for any claims relating to the App; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the App at least 14 days in advance where reasonably possible. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
