Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and FLOWZY FZC, C1 Building B.C.1301232, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, company registration number 33851 ("Flowzy", "we", "us"), and govern your use of the Survival Zomb game for iOS and Android and the website survivalzomb.com (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

2. Your account

• The App creates a guest account on first launch. You may link it to a Google account, an Apple ID or an e-mail address to sign in on other devices.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person; do not share, sell or transfer accounts.
• You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account or via survivalzomb.com/delete-account. Deletion is permanent; progress, currency and unlocks cannot be restored.
• Guest accounts that are never linked cannot be recovered if the phone is lost, reset or the App is uninstalled.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the App on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Virtual items and currency

The game contains virtual coins, gems, crates, boosts, companions and similar items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are earned by playing and have no real-world value. They are a limited licence to use features of the game, not property. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game. We may change, rebalance, expire or remove Virtual Items as part of operating the game. The App currently offers no in-app purchases; if we add them, purchase terms will be shown at the time of purchase and processed by Apple or Google.

5. Rules of conduct

Do not:

• cheat, use bots, mods, exploits, automation, or tamper with the App, its network traffic or the game data;
• choose a display name or share content that is hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, impersonates others, or infringes anyone's rights;
• harass, threaten, spam or scam other players, or send unwanted friend requests or invites repeatedly;
• attempt to access other players' accounts or data, or to disrupt or overload the Service;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the App except as permitted by law;
• use the Service for anything unlawful.

You can block players in the App and report abuse to support@survivalzomb.com. We may rename players, remove league placings, reset progress obtained by cheating, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

6. Leagues, squads and friends

Weekly league placings are computed from run results submitted by the App. Some league rows may be filled by computer-controlled players, marked as such in the game. Squads and friendships depend on the other player also being online; we do not guarantee availability of any particular player or match.

7. Intellectual property and feedback

The App, its artwork, characters, sounds, code and the Survival Zomb name are owned by Flowzy or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. If you send us suggestions or feedback you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided as a live game. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service, including online features, at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice in the App before shutting down online features permanently. The App requires an internet connection for online features; offline play may be limited.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 4, 7, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of loss of game data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law in your country.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flowzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, Virtual Items, progress or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently zero) or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ajman (UAE) have jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise, in which case that law applies and you may bring claims in your local courts. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first: write to support@survivalzomb.com.

13. App store terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and Flowzy, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for any claims relating to the App; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the App at least 14 days in advance where reasonably possible. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
