Delete your Survival Zomb account
In the app (immediate)
- Open Survival Zomb and go to Settings.
- Open the Account card.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately. The app returns to a fresh guest state; local progress on the phone is cleared when you sign out or reinstall.
By e-mail
If you can no longer open the app, e-mail support@survivalzomb.com from the e-mail address linked to your account, or include your friend code (ZOMB-XXXX). We verify that you own the account and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your login identity (Google, Apple, Facebook or e-mail address) and profile (display name, friend code, colour, statistics, last-seen time).
- Your cloud save and run history.
- Your friendships, friend requests, invites, referrals and push-notification tokens.
- Our records of your in-app purchases and Zomb Pass subscription (Apple and Google keep their own transaction records under their policies; cancel an active subscription in your store account first, deleting the account does not cancel it).
What is kept
- Weekly league tables and other players' results may keep an anonymised placeholder in place of your name, so their history stays intact. They no longer reference you.
- Reports you filed, or that were filed about you, and your block list are deleted with the account.
- Server logs are kept for up to 30 days for security purposes.
