Delete your Survival Zomb account

Applies to the Survival Zomb app by FLOWZY FZC (iOS and Android).

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Survival Zomb and go to Settings.
2. Open the Account card.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately. The app returns to a fresh guest state; local progress on the phone is cleared when you sign out or reinstall.

By e-mail

If you can no longer open the app, e-mail support@survivalzomb.com from the e-mail address linked to your account, or include your friend code (ZOMB-XXXX). We verify that you own the account and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login identity (Google, Apple or e-mail address) and profile (display name, friend code, colour, statistics, last-seen time).
• Your cloud save and run history.
• Your friendships, friend requests, squad memberships and invites, referrals and push-notification tokens.

What is kept

• Weekly league results and match records of other players may keep an anonymised placeholder in place of your name, so their history stays intact. They no longer reference you.
• Reports you filed, or that were filed about you, are kept for up to 12 months for moderation and abuse prevention, without your login identity.
• Server logs are kept for up to 30 days for security purposes.
